These terms apply to bookings made through Kalpong.com - Andaman for Andaman activities, car transfers, sightseeing support, and related travel services.

1. Products & Services

Kalpong.com - Andaman lists Andaman travel services such as water sports activities, guided booking support, car transfers, sightseeing support, pickup/drop services, and related travel assistance.

Available services, inclusions, exclusions, pickup details, travel dates, service options, slots, vehicle options, and payment options are shown during the booking flow before payment.

Service availability may vary based on island, date, slot capacity, local operations, weather, ferry or jetty movement, vendor availability, government rules, and safety conditions.

2. Pricing & Payments in INR

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) before payment.

The final payable amount, GST if applicable, advance amount, full payment amount, and balance amount are shown before confirming the booking.

Online payments are processed through the payment gateway shown at checkout. We do not store card number, UPI PIN, CVV, banking password, or sensitive payment instrument details on our website.

For advance payment bookings, the remaining balance must be paid as instructed on the booking page or by the operations team.

If payment is deducted but the booking still shows pending, customers should not make a duplicate payment immediately. Customers should contact support with Booking ID and registered mobile number.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and the booking status is updated by the system or operations team.

For activity bookings, selected slots are subject to available capacity, safety rules, and vendor/operator confirmation.

For car and transfer bookings, our team may call after payment to confirm pickup point, timing, ferry details, hotel location, and trip schedule.

Customers should keep the booking receipt page, Booking ID, and registered mobile number for future reference.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, travel date, passenger count, pickup area, service selection, and other booking details.

Customers must be reachable on the mobile number used for booking for payment verification, pickup coordination, and schedule confirmation.

Customers must follow safety instructions, reporting time, vendor/operator instructions, and local rules during activities, transfers, sightseeing, ferry movement, and pickup/drop services.

Customers are responsible for carrying any required ID, permits, tickets, or travel documents where applicable.

5. Service Limitations

Service timing, pickup details, vehicle assignment, route planning, and activity slots may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, ferry/jetty operations, safety rules, vendor availability, or local conditions.

Cab fares are for cab service only unless specifically mentioned. Entry tickets, ferry tickets, boat tickets, guide charges, parking fees, permits, meals, or personal expenses are not included unless clearly stated.

Kalpong.com - Andaman may coordinate with local vendors/operators for service delivery. Final operations may depend on local feasibility and vendor confirmation.

Images, descriptions, durations, and travel guidance on the website are for customer understanding and may vary due to real-time local conditions.

6. Changes, Rescheduling & Operational Updates

Service changes or rescheduling may be required due to weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, ferry timing changes, vendor/operator changes, safety instructions, or operational reasons.

Where possible, the customer may be offered a revised timing, alternate service, or support based on availability and feasibility.

Customers should contact support as early as possible for any requested change in date, pickup, service selection, passenger count, or schedule.

7. Contact Support

For booking support, payment issues, service coordination, or correction requests, contact us with your Booking ID and registered mobile number.
